5 New Sexual Assault Claims Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Including One From a 13-Year-Old

Lastly, a woman has also accused Combs of assaulting her at a party in Las Vegas during Memorial Day weekend in 2014.

Combs gained recognition for throwing extravagant and celebrity-filled gatherings, solidifying his status as a prominent figure in the entertainment world. However, once again, a group of individuals filing civil lawsuits claim that these parties served as a cover for something much more malevolent.

On Sunday, new legal actions were taken, adding to a previous lawsuit filed just last week by a former university student. The accuser claims that Combs physically assaulted her in 2004, when she was 19 years old, after a photoshoot promoting Da Band. This information was previously reported.

Combs’ representatives released a statement to USA TODAY on Sunday in response to the recent civil lawsuits. The statement was the same as the one shared during the previous lawsuits filed by the Buzbee firm. The statement claimed that the firm’s press conference and use of a hotline is evidence of their attempt to gain publicity. Furthermore, it stated that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, regardless of their age or gender.

The recent surge of legal action comes in the wake of Combs’ arrest in September and subsequent arraignment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to face a criminal trial on May 5. Despite facing numerous civil lawsuits over the past year, accusing him of decades of sexual and physical abuse, the rapper maintains his innocence. He is currently detained at the Special Housing Unit in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

According to Jane Doe, she was given a “bitter” drink which caused her to feel dizzy and believes that she was drugged. She reports that she sought refuge in an unoccupied room to rest, but was joined by Combs and two unidentified celebrities. She alleges that Combs declared that she was “ready to have fun” and pushed her towards the male celebrity, who proceeded to undress her and restrain her while he sexually assaulted her, while Combs and the female celebrity watched. Following this, Combs also sexually assaulted her while the male and female celebrities observed.

According to reports, Combs attempted to coerce the girl into engaging in oral sex with him. However, when the girl fought back and struck him, he ceased his actions. She then retrieved her clothes, managed to locate an exit, and departed to a nearby gas station. There, she contacted her father and disclosed her location.

During the incident, the trainer claimed to have been under the influence of drugs, which resulted in his inability to resist and left him feeling like he was “trapped within his own body.” He later experienced periods of unconsciousness while the other guests took turns “using him for their own pleasure.” When he finally regained consciousness, he discovered that he had been left outside his apartment without his shirt or phone.

The man stated that the assault came to an end when an unnamed professional athlete entered the room and intervened. The man then promptly departed the gathering and went back home.

A woman, whose identity was not revealed, filed a lawsuit stating that Combs had sexually assaulted her in Las Vegas back in 2014.

During her trip to Las Vegas over Memorial Day weekend, the woman claimed in her legal complaint that a man employed as a party promoter for Combs invited her to attend a private celebrity event at a poolside lounge. She stated that she was introduced to Combs at the party, and the promoter extended an invitation for her to join an after-party at the rapper’s hotel suite.

During the post-event gathering, the woman claimed that Combs instructed her to consume vodka from a bar area where several bottles were left open. After consuming one or two drinks, she started to experience sensations of nausea and dizziness, causing her to lose control of her physical movements. The event organizer then advised the woman to rest in an unoccupied bedroom until she felt more comfortable.

The woman recalled that the next thing she could recollect was waking up the next morning with a sense of drowsiness and body aches. She also noticed Combs, who was shirtless, in the room’s corner, and he was shouting at someone on the phone.

According to the lawsuit, there was only one individual present in the room with the victim, but it was evident that someone else had been in the bed with her. The victim eventually woke up and noticed that she was unclothed and experiencing discomfort in her genital region. She was horrified to discover that she had been sexually assaulted by Combs.

She noticed she was bleeding, had bruising on her lips, and marks on her wrists and arms which seemed to be from being restrained. Feeling afraid, she discovered a set of clothing that did not belong to her and promptly left the building.
